CUSTOMER RELEASES

By using the Fresh Dry Cleaning Kiosks, the customer automatically makes the following releases:

RELEASE ON VINYL & POLYURETHANE garments and trim along with BEADS, SEQUINS, BUTTONS, TRIMMINGS, BUCKLES, LACE, and DOUBLE FACED FABRICS. There is not any absolute way of knowing how the above items will react to the cleaning or laundry process; therefore, I will not hold FRESH or their sub-contractor responsible for any damage that may occur during the processing of my garments.

SPOTS: I unconditionally release FRESH from all responsibility in the attempts to remove spots and stains from my garments that I have asked them to work on. I fully realize that any attempts to remove the spots and stains could result to the fabric and/or color.

DAMAGE OR MISSING CARE LABELS: The following articles were damaged or the care labels were missing or adulterated upon receipt before processing.

FRESH is not responsible for lost or stolen items not picked up within 24 hours.
